Google’s fast browser Chrome will be even better with the newly added features.
Chrome is adding a new feature to web browser. Normally, users who want to read PDF files had to install plugins, but this situation is changing.
Using the Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface, Chrome’s 6.0.437.3 version in the Chrome’s developer channel will support PDF files without having to install plug-in.
Google’s engineering director, Marc Pawliger said “Every Day, millions of internet users are using PDF files. PDF files that had been opened with plug-ins has led to compatibility, performance and security issues in the classical model of the Internet browser plugin.”
In the next stable version of Chrome, this feature is expected to open for public use.
